TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
Always provide me with clear references and descriptions of what you want. I will always ask clarifying questions if I am confused about something. Any disrespectful behavior towards me gives me full permission to cancel your commission and refund the money spent.PROCESS
WIPs may be requested at any time, and I'll answer and show as soon as possible. During the sketching phase, as many revisions as needed may be requested; however, once I start line art, I ask that revisions be kept to a minimum. Once coloring begins, a maximum of 2 major revisions to the character and composition can be made before additional charges apply. Depending on the work, commissions can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months. If I exceed this time, the client may request a full refund. Any deadlines given may result in a rush fee.CANCELING/REFUND POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time. If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have produced for you will be retracted, and I have the right to use the copyrighted artwork. You will be banned from commissioning me again. Your name will be spread among artists as a warning. You may not cancel a commission early if I have already started on your piece and shown a WIP. Poor planning on the client's part is not my issue.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold the copyright to my artwork. I may use my drawings to promote myself and my services anywhere I wish.The client may use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. Print the art, and claim the right to their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves, with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money from it in any way)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price. With commercial rights, you may produce merchandise with the artwork and profit from my work. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

By payment, you agree to have read my TOS and accepted everything stated.
